Chick Heather's fun party.
This is a delightful and positive story about Chick Heather's move to a new neighborhood and the sometimes trauma of finding new friends. Chick Heather's mother was very supportive by providing a fun suggestion for Chick to meet new friends. I think it is a wonderful book for families of younger children who have moved.

Let your child's imagination loose!
Chick Heather's New Neighborhood: Read, Imagine, Draw is an exceptional book for the child who likes to add their own pictures to a story. It is the same story as its mate the book, Chick Heather's New Neighborhood, (version 1) except that book has illustrations. However, I have creative grandchildren who LOVE to make and draw their own pictures, so the Read, Imagine, Draw book gives your child the opportunity to become an artist and use their imagination about what they see happening in the story. I think this book is an EXCELLENT idea for creative children.

I realize this is a bit confusing, but there are two books, one has illustrations, and the other book: Read, Imagine, Draw is where the child provides their own pictures for the story. Enjoy!
